My MacBook Pro has lasted five years and still runs perfectly. The customer service at Apple Store is excellent. But the lack of repairability and proprietary accessories are frustrating. Great products if budget is not a concern.

Once you are in the Apple ecosystem everything just works together. AirDrop, Handoff, iMessage - the integration is magical. The walled garden approach is limiting but the experience within it is unparalleled.

Apple products are beautifully designed and the ecosystem integration is seamless. iPhones last years with software updates. The pricing is hard to justify sometimes especially in markets like India. Repair costs are steep.
