Jio offers the best value for mobile data in India hands down. However the network can be slow during peak hours in my area. Customer support through the app is better than the call center.

Jio democratized internet access in India with their aggressive pricing. Data is incredibly cheap and the 5G rollout is impressive. Network congestion in densely populated areas can be an issue.
