Uber is my default ride-hailing app. The UberXL and Black options are nice for different occasions. Prices have gone up significantly since the early days. Driver quality is inconsistent. Uber Eats integration is convenient.

Uber made getting around cities so much easier. The app is intuitive and ride tracking gives peace of mind. Surge pricing during peak hours is frustrating but the overall convenience is undeniable. Safety features have improved.
